What is VoIP?

VOIP stands for voice over internet protocol. This is the delivery of voice communications and multimedia sessions over the Internet.

How does VoIP work?

Your voice is converted from an analog signal to a digital signal before being sent over the Internet and converted back to an analog signal using a circuit switch (PSTN).

What kind of Internet connection is required?

Broadband internet should meet the needs of VoIP service. Any of Comcast or Verizon’s basic plans should do.

Why should I use your service?

Our service is stable and it comes with all of bells and whistles needed to setup a successful phone system. We have an A1 support staff and our pricing is very competitive.

Does 911 come with VoIP service?

Yes, your service no matter who you decide to go with should come with this option. If it does not, I would definitely review your VoIP selection.

I need multiple phone numbers, is that possible?

Yes, we do sell multiple number and allow you to set them up for use in any way you need them. (Please see restrictions)

Can I port my number(s) from my service provider?

In most cases, this can be done. We can let you know of there is a problem. In some cases, the service provider can assign some restrictions. If this is the case, we will notify you and you can decide what you would like to do at that point.

Can I use other technology when I am on a VoIP call?

Absolutely, there should be no conflicts when using your VoIP service.

How will I be billed?

You will be billed monthly for this service. Any extras or overages will be added to your bill.

How do I get started?

You can go to the pricing page and select an option. This will take you to the billing page and you can begin the purchase.
