General Questions

VOIP stands for voice over internet protocol. This is the delivery of voice communications and multimedia sessions over the Internet.

Your voice is converted from an analog signal to a digital signal before being sent over the Internet and converted back to an analog signal using a circuit switch (PSTN).

Broadband internet should meet the needs of VoIP service. Any of Comcast or Verizon’s basic plans should do.

Our service is stable and it comes with all of the bells and whistles needed to setup a successful phone system. We have an A1 support staff and our pricing is very competitive.

Service Questions

Yes, your service, no matter who you decide to go with should come with this option. If it does not, I would definitely review your VoIP selection.

Yes, we do sell multiple numbers and allow you to set them up for use in any way you need them. 

In most cases, this can be done. We can let you know if there is a problem. In some cases, the service provider can assign some restrictions. If this is the case, we will notify you and you can decide what you would like to do at that point.

Absolutely, there should be no conflicts when using your VoIP service.

Billing Questions

You will be billed monthly for this service. Any extras or overages will be added to your bill.

You can go to the pricing page and select an option. This will take you to the billing page and you can begin the purchase.

A pro-rated refund will be given for any prepaid services. If the client cancels within the first 30 days the client will be refunded the unused portion of the service. However, all purchases are final after 30 days.
