Network availability and performance may vary based on your internet connection and device capabilities.
4. User Obligations
- Use QTvoice lawfully and for intended business or communication purposes only.
- Do not use QTvoice to harass, spam, defraud, or violate the privacy rights of others.
- Do not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise tamper with the application or its code.
5. Call Recording and Compliance
Certain jurisdictions require all parties to consent before a conversation can be recorded. If you enable QTvoice’s recording features, you are solely responsible for complying with applicable call recording laws.
6. Intellectual Property
All QTvoice logos, trademarks, software, and content provided through this Service are the exclusive property of QTvoice and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without explicit written permission.
7. Service Availability and Disclaimer
- QTvoice services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or data availability at all times.
- QTvoice is not a substitute for standard emergency (911) services. Users must maintain other means of contacting emergency responders.
8. Limitation of Liability
QTvoice shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use our Services, including data loss or communication failures.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable laws. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting our support team.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
