As a new client, you can create multiple extensions. Our interface allows you to add an extension quickly and easily. There is a small fee for each extension that’s added.  For most clients, you only need one extension per user. We have other solutions that support your use and set up of extensions.

An extension allows each user to get messages and phone calls that are specifically for them. Think of the extension as an identifier. Each extension is linked to a specific person. A voicemail and other options can be set up on each extension.
